Fried Artichoke Hearts

Ingredients

2 can(s)artichoke hearts, marinated. 12 oz or 4 jars, 6 oz. each
-
1/2 call purpose flour
-
2eggs
-
2 Tbspwater
-
2/3 cbread crumbs, dry
-
2 Tbsporegano, fresh snipped
-
1/2 tspred pepper flakes
-
1/4 tsppepper
-
·oil for frying
-
·marinara sauce for dipping
How to Make Fried Artichoke Hearts
- 1.Drain Aritchokes, set aside.
2.Put flour in a shallow dish.
3.In small bowl beat eggs lightly with the water. - 4. In another shallow dish combine bread crumbs, oregano and peppers.
5.Dip Aritchokes in flour, then in egg and then bread crumb and coat completely - 6. Heat oil in fry pan or fryer to 365*.
7. Fry coated artichokes about 6 at a time for 1 to 2 minutes or until golden brown.
drain artichokes on paper towels.Serve warm, with Marinara sauce. xoxoxo enjoy.
