1loaf baguette-style french bread
-
1 or 2roma or any kind of plum tomatoes

·parmesan cheese, grated

·salt & pepper
-
·garlic powder
-
·olive oil
How to Make Fresh Tomato Parmesan Appetizer
- Cut the bread into thin slices with a sharp serrated knife. On each slice, place one thin slice of tomato, grated parmesan, salt & pepper to taste, and a dash of garlic powder.
- Drizzle with small amount of olive oil over the tops. Broil until warm and the cheese is heated, so watch closely not to burn. Serve warm.
