- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 - beef bullion cube
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 box athens phyllo shells

Step 1Preheat oven 350

Step 2Melt butter in large pan over medium heat.Add slices onions,bay leaf and thyme.Carmelize onion about 10 min.Dissolve boullion cube in 1/2 C.water and add to pan to deglaze.Remove bay leaf.Fill each cup with mixture and bake in oven for 10-12 min.Sprinkle each cup with grated cheese and broil just until melted.Or you can just put it back into the hot oven.
