This is a great veggie that is great deep fried. I have had this years ago and now i just found the recipe for it . Enjoy!!!!!

Ingredients
- 1 medium head of cauliflower or a lrg.frozen bag ,thawed and drained
- 2 - egg yolks
- 1/2 cup whole milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup flour
- - vegetable shortening or oil
How To Make french fried cauliflower

Step 1Cook Cauliflower in two cups of boiling water for 8-10 minutes;drain. Beat egg yolks until light. Add milk,salt,flour, beating until smooth. Heat shortening or oil,3-4 inches deep, to 375* Dip each section of cauliflower into batter, then fry a few at a time until golden brown....
