Ingredients
- - 1 package 5.2 oz. garlic-herb spread
- - 3 tablespoons graded parmesan cheese, divided
- - 30 small fresh mushrooms, stems removed
- - thinly sliced fresh basil, optional
How To Make foolproof mushrooms

Step 1In a small bowl combine garlic-herb spread and two tablespoons Parmesan cheese. Spoon into mushroom caps.

Step 2Transfer the stuffed mushrooms to a foil-lined baking sheet. Sprinkle with remaining Parmesan cheese. Bake at 400 for 10 to 12 minutes or until lightly browned. Garnish with basil if desired. (2-1/2 dozen)
