How to Make Flaky Tomato Tart
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Lightly flour work surface. Roll puff pastry sheet into a 9 x 6 inch rectangle. Place on parchment paper.
Prick pastry all over with a fork.
- Top with basil, cheese, and tomatoes. Drizzle with a little olive oil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until golden brown.
