1 pkgflour tortillas
1 bunchgreen onions, chopped
1 pkghidden valley buttermilk dressing mix
3 slicebacon, cooked and crumbled
10 ozfrozen spinach, thawed and drained
How to Make Elvis Burritos
- Thaw and drain the spinach well. I squeeze dry in paper towels.
- Combine all ingredients except tortillas.
- Spread a few spoonfuls of mixture evenly over tortillas. Roll them up.
- Wrap in moist paper towels. Place in ziplock bags. Chill. When ready to serve, slice into 12-inch slices.
