elvis burritos
This recipe came from a cookbook called "Fit for a King". It is supposed to have been one of Elvis's favorite foods. My friend's son called them Elvis Burritos. The name stuck and this is what we have always called them.

Ingredients
- 1 package flour tortillas
- 1 bunch green onions, chopped
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 package hidden valley buttermilk dressing mix
- 3 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 10 ounces frozen spinach, thawed and drained
How To Make elvis burritos

Step 1Thaw and drain the spinach well. I squeeze dry in paper towels.

Step 2Combine all ingredients except tortillas.

Step 3Spread a few spoonfuls of mixture evenly over tortillas. Roll them up.

Step 4Wrap in moist paper towels. Place in ziplock bags. Chill. When ready to serve, slice into 12-inch slices.
