Ingredients

4 - hard boiled eggs
2 tablespoons miracle whip salad dressing
1 tablespoon sweet relish
1 - english cucumber

How To Make egg salad cucumber rounds

Step 1

Chop or use egg slicer to cut up eggs

Step 2

Add Miracle Whip and sweet relish to eggs and mix.
Step 3

Wash and score English cucumber and cut into 1/4 inch slices
Step 4

Spoon onto cucumber slices. Serve immediately.
