Ingredients For easy vegetable squares

  • 2 pkg
    (8ounce) crescent rolls
  • 1 pkg
    (8 ounce) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 pkg
    (3 ounce) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/3 c
    mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp
    dried dillweed
  • 1 tsp
    buttermilk salad dressing mix (1/4 of a 0.4 ounce package)
  • 3 c
    toppings
  • 1 c
    cheddar or mozzarella cheese, shredded

How To Make easy vegetable squares

  • 1
    Crust: Unroll crescent rolls and pat into a 15 X 10 inch baking pan. Bake according to package directions. Cool.

    In a small mixing bowl, stir together cream cheese, mayonnaise, dillweed and salad dressing mix. Spread over cooled crust. Sprinkle with desired toppings, then the shredded cheese. Chill. Cut into squares

    TOPPINGS: finely chopped broccoli, cauliflower, or green pepper, chopped tomato, thinly sliced green onion, black olives, celery or shredded carrots.

    ranch dressing mix can be substituted for buttermilk dressing.
