Left over stuffing never goes bad in our house! This also make fabulous stuffed hot peppers, but I put them on the grill and let them blacken a bit. Yum Yum!

white mushrooms, stems removed, brushed clean.
crushed red pepper or garlic to taste

How To Make
use leftover stuffing, or prepare stove top as directed.
stuff the mushroom tops with stuffing.
pack your stuffed mushrooms in a caste iron pan.
top with red pepper or garlic to taste.
top with cheese.
put in the oven, or broiler to melt/brown the cheese.
