    frozen chopped spinach, thawed
  • 14 oz
    artichoke hearts, canned, drained and roughly chopped
  • 1 c
    parmigiano-reggiano, grated
  • 1/2 c
    mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 tsp
    garlic, minced
  • 4 oz
    cream cheese, room temperature

How to Make Easy Spinach Artichoke Dip


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a bowl, making sure it's mixed well. Pour into oven proof baking dish.
  3. Bake for 30 minutes or until cheeses are bubbling and melted.
