How to Make Dessert Onion Rings

  1. The amounts in this recipe will vary depending on how many rings you want to make. They are pretty addicting, so you might want to make a lot!
  2. Mix together brown sugar, cinnamon, and nuts for dipping.
  3. Slice onions and seperate. Mix 1-2 c. of bisquick with enough water to make it pancake batter consistency. Dip into batter, then flour, then batter again. Fry. As soon as you remove them from the oil, dip them in the cinnamon, sugar, nut mixture. Place on bakers rack to cool.
