cuppa cuppa canna canna
I originally found this recipe in The Emerald Coast Women's Club Cook Book in the early 2000's. I've modified it slightly and I like the result. It's a super easy appetizer and guests LOVE it!

-
Step 1Rough chop the can of Artichoke Hearts and add to mixing bowl
-
Step 2Add the can of diced green chiles to the mixing bowl
-
Step 3Measure out a cup of cheese. I tried the mixed fancy Italian cheeses. Usually this is made with shredded parmesan. Add to the mixing bowl.
-
Step 4Add a cup of mayonnaise to the other ingredients in the mixing bowl.
-
Step 5Stir all ingredients together well. Then pour into a shallow baking dish.
-
Step 6Sprinkle the top of the mixture with smoked paprika.
-
Step 7Place dish in a pre-heated oven (375 degrees) and bake for 40 minutes or until it is bubbling and done all the way through. Baking time will depend on the depth of the dish.
-
Step 8Serve with Corn Chips and enjoy!
