Ingredients

  • 1 package garlic naan or other flatbread
  • 4 tablespoons basil pesto purchased or homemade
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil, extra virgin
  • 1/2 cup blue cheese, crumbled
  • 2 cups mushrooms, sauted
  • 1/4 cup bacon, cooked & crumbles

How To Make crispy mushroom cheese

  • Step 1
    Preheat a saute pan (large enough to hold a naan), over medium heat with 1/2 tablespoon of olive oil.
  • Step 2
    Place naan in pan until crispy, turning once, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  • Step 3
    Remove crisp naan from pan and immediately top with 1/2 of the crumbled blue cheese, sauteed mushrooms and bacon.
  • Step 4
    Cut into pieces and serve.
