Use either a crepe pan or small fry pan to make crepes I have a 40 year old electric crepe pan and each time I want to use it , I check to see if it still works

10 oz
frozen chopped sopinach
4 Tbsp
butter
3 Tbsp
flour
1 c
milk
1/2 tsp
salt
1/8 tsp
nutmeg
1/8 tsp
pepper
1 c
shredded swiss cheese
1 tsp
graded onion
melted butter
grated parmesan cheese

How to Make Crepes Forentine

Step-by-Step

  • 1Preheat oven to 375 degrees
  • 2Cook spinach and drain well Set aside
  • 3Melt butter n sauce pan Remove from heat stir in flour
  • 4Add milk ..Return to heat and stir till thickened
  • 5Add salt, nutmeg , pepper ,cheese,onion and spinach,
  • 6Heat till cheese is melted
  • 7Place one heaping tablespoon of mixture on each crepe. on browned side and roll up
  • 8Place crepes in 9x9 buttered pan sprinkle with melted butte and grated cheese
  • 9Bake till hot
