Ingredients
- 12 - crepes
- 10 ounces frozen chopped sopinach
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup shredded swiss cheese
- 1 teaspoon graded onion
- - melted butter
- - grated parmesan cheese
How To Make crepes forentine

Step 1Preheat oven to 375 degrees

Step 2Cook spinach and drain well Set aside

Step 3Melt butter n sauce pan Remove from heat stir in flour

Step 4Add milk ..Return to heat and stir till thickened

Step 5Add salt, nutmeg , pepper ,cheese,onion and spinach,

Step 6Heat till cheese is melted

Step 7Place one heaping tablespoon of mixture on each crepe. on browned side and roll up

Step 8Place crepes in 9x9 buttered pan sprinkle with melted butte and grated cheese

Step 9Bake till hot
