Use either a crepe pan or small fry pan to make crepes I have a 40 year old electric crepe pan and each time I want to use it , I check to see if it still works

    frozen chopped sopinach
  • 4 Tbsp
  • 3 Tbsp
  • 1 c
  • 1/2 tsp
  • 1/8 tsp
  • 1/8 tsp
  • 1 c
    shredded swiss cheese
  • 1 tsp
    graded onion
  • ·
    melted butter
  • ·
    grated parmesan cheese

How to Make Crepes Forentine


  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees
  2. Cook spinach and drain well Set aside
  3. Melt butter n sauce pan Remove from heat stir in flour
  4. Add milk ..Return to heat and stir till thickened
  5. Add salt, nutmeg , pepper ,cheese,onion and spinach,
  6. Heat till cheese is melted
  7. Place one heaping tablespoon of mixture on each crepe. on browned side and roll up
  8. Place crepes in 9x9 buttered pan sprinkle with melted butte and grated cheese
  9. Bake till hot
