Use either a crepe pan or small fry pan to make crepes I have a 40 year old electric crepe pan and each time I want to use it , I check to see if it still works

Ingredients

  • 12 - crepes
  • 10 ounces frozen chopped sopinach
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 cup shredded swiss cheese
  • 1 teaspoon graded onion
  • - melted butter
  • - grated parmesan cheese

How To Make crepes forentine

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 375 degrees
  • Step 2
    Cook spinach and drain well Set aside
  • Step 3
    Melt butter n sauce pan Remove from heat stir in flour
  • Step 4
    Add milk ..Return to heat and stir till thickened
  • Step 5
    Add salt, nutmeg , pepper ,cheese,onion and spinach,
  • Step 6
    Heat till cheese is melted
  • Step 7
    Place one heaping tablespoon of mixture on each crepe. on browned side and roll up
  • Step 8
    Place crepes in 9x9 buttered pan sprinkle with melted butte and grated cheese
  • Step 9
    Bake till hot
