I originally tasted this recipe at a family member's home at Christmas time. I loved it so much, I begged her for it. I've only tweaked it a little bit. I've made it for parties and potlucks, and it's always been popular.

Ingredients
- 1 cup sour cream
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 3/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 can artichoke hearts in water, drained
- 2-3 cloves garlic
How To Make creamy parmesan artichoke dip

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a bowl, using a hand mixer, mix together the sour cream, cream cheese and grated parmesan until the mixture is smooth and well combined.

Step 2Cut up the artichoke hearts into bite size pieces and add to the bowl. Using either a garlic press or a fine grater, add the garlic to the bowl. Fold to combine.

Step 3Put dip into a casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees, until warm and bubbly, and slightly browned in spots, about 20 minutes or so.

Step 4Serve warm or at room temperature with French bread or tortilla chips.
