I originally tasted this recipe at a family member's home at Christmas time. I loved it so much, I begged her for it. I've only tweaked it a little bit. I've made it for parties and potlucks, and it's always been popular.

sour cream
8 oz
cream cheese, softened
3/4 c
grated parmesan cheese
1 can(s)
artichoke hearts in water, drained
2-3 clove
garlic

How to Make Creamy Parmesan Artichoke Dip

Step-by-Step

  • 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a bowl, using a hand mixer, mix together the sour cream, cream cheese and grated parmesan until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
  • 2Cut up the artichoke hearts into bite size pieces and add to the bowl. Using either a garlic press or a fine grater, add the garlic to the bowl. Fold to combine.
  • 3Put dip into a casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees, until warm and bubbly, and slightly browned in spots, about 20 minutes or so.
  • 4Serve warm or at room temperature with French bread or tortilla chips.
