How to Make Creamy Parmesan Artichoke Dip
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a bowl, using a hand mixer, mix together the sour cream, cream cheese and grated parmesan until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
- Cut up the artichoke hearts into bite size pieces and add to the bowl. Using either a garlic press or a fine grater, add the garlic to the bowl. Fold to combine.
- Put dip into a casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees, until warm and bubbly, and slightly browned in spots, about 20 minutes or so.
- Serve warm or at room temperature with French bread or tortilla chips.
