~ creamy bacon, spinach, ranch - spread/dip ~
Another recipe I created for Thanksgiving. We love spinach, bacon and all the other goodies I added. It turned out so much better than I'd anticipated. This can be used as a spread with crackers or a dip with veggies. If you like spinach, I think you will be impressed with this recipe.

Ingredients
- 1 - 10 ounces block of frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed our really good ( i place it in my hand and with the other hand, just keep squeezing until dry)
- 1 ounce cream cheese, softened
- 1 1/2 ounces shredded pepper jack cheese
- 2 - green onions, sliced in half and chopped - green tops too
- 1/2 ounce ranch dressing mix - or half a package
- 1/4 cup real bacon bits
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup good mayonnaise
- more - bacon bits for garnish
- crackers - or veggies for serving
How To Make ~ creamy bacon, spinach, ranch - spread/dip ~

Step 1Place everything except for the spinach in a medium bowl and mix until thoroughly blended.

Step 2Fold in the spinach, mix thoroughly. Chill until ready to serve then top with remaining bacon.

Step 3Delicious as a spread or a dip.
