Another recipe I created for Thanksgiving. We love spinach, bacon and all the other goodies I added. It turned out so much better than I'd anticipated. This can be used as a spread with crackers or a dip with veggies. If you like spinach, I think you will be impressed with this recipe.

Ingredients

  • 1 - 10 oz
    block of frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed our really good ( i place it in my hand and with the other hand, just keep squeezing until dry)
  • 1 oz
    cream cheese, softened
  • 1 1/2 oz
    shredded pepper jack cheese
  • 2
    green onions, sliced in half and chopped - green tops too
  • 1/2 oz
    ranch dressing mix - or half a package
  • 1/4 c
    real bacon bits
  • 1/4 c
    sour cream
  • 1/2 c
    good mayonnaise
  • more
    bacon bits for garnish
  • crackers
    or veggies for serving

How to Make ~ Creamy Bacon, Spinach, Ranch - Spread/Dip ~

Step-by-Step

  1. Place everything except for the spinach in a medium bowl and mix until thoroughly blended.
  2. Fold in the spinach, mix thoroughly.

    Chill until ready to serve then top with remaining bacon.
  3. Delicious as a spread or a dip.
