I got this recipe from a friend from my Sunday School class. Easy and very festive looking and very delicious.

16 oz
cream cheese
1 large jar(s)
colossal pimiento stuffed olives
finely chopped pecans


1Put cream cheese in the freezer to get real cold. DO NOT FREEZE.
2Drain olives and pat dry on paper towels.
3Pinch off hunks of cream chees and mold around each olive and roll in pecans.
4Slice olives in half crosswise.
