I got this recipe from a friend from my Sunday School class. Easy and very festive looking and very delicious.

Ingredients

  • 16 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 large jar colossal pimiento stuffed olives
  • - finely chopped pecans

How To Make cream cheese olives

  • Step 1
    Put cream cheese in the freezer to get real cold. DO NOT FREEZE.
  • Step 2
    Drain olives and pat dry on paper towels.
  • Step 3
    Pinch off hunks of cream chees and mold around each olive and roll in pecans.
  • Step 4
    Slice olives in half crosswise.
