How to Make Cream Cheese Olives

Step-by-Step

  1. Put cream cheese in the freezer to get real cold. DO NOT FREEZE.
  2. Drain olives and pat dry on paper towels.
  3. Pinch off hunks of cream chees and mold around each olive and roll in pecans.
  4. Slice olives in half crosswise.
