crab~stuffed mushrooms
I will be making these for Thanksgiving. We have had them once before and they were delish! I will post pictures as I make them. If you try this recipe I would love to hear how you liked it, if you did anything different and if you'd make it again.

Ingredients
- 1 cup crabmeat , i used canned
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 1/2 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/2 cup green onion, chopped
- 4 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
- - paula deen's house seasoning, recipe follows
- 10 - white mushroom caps
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs, i used panko
- - nonstick cooking spray
How To Make crab~stuffed mushrooms

Step 1Recipe for Paula Deen's House Seasoning ~ 1 cup salt, 1/4 cup black pepper, 1/4 cup garlic powder Mix together and store in an air tight container for up to 6 months.

Step 2Preheat your oven to 375*

Step 3Combine the crab meat, cream cheese, parsley, green onions & Parmesan cheese. Season with House Seasoning, to taste. Mix all ingredients until combined well.

Step 4Prepare your mushrooms by using a damp paper towel and wiping off the dirt. Remove the stems.

Step 5Where you removed the stem is where your going to stuff the mushroom with mixture. Top mixture with bread crumbs.

Step 6Spray the tops with nonstick spray to help them brown. Lightly.

Step 7Transfer to the oven and bake for about 20 mins, or until the filling is hot and melted.

Step 8Serve warm. ENJOY!
