2 cans field peas
1 can yellow corn
1 can white corn
1 can black beans
2 cans small cans chopped chilies
1 can black olives
2 large chopped tomatoes
2 bunches scallions
1 bottle 16 ounce italian dressing
1 large green bell pepper
2 slices jalapeno peppers (seeds removed) chopped

How To Make cowboy caviar

Step 1

rinse all beans, drain black olives, throw all in large mixing bowl, pour over Italian Dressing and refrigerate.

Step 2

You will love this.. we serve it with scoops, use anything you like.. good on salad, or even as a side.
