Ingredients
- 2 cans mexi corn drained
- 1/4 cup mayo light or regular
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 package green onion finely chopped
- 1 package fritos chile cheese corn chips bbq flavor (1/4 of the bag slightly crushed more if you like)
How To Make corn salad

Step 1Mix first five ingredients together and refrigerate. If you think you would like it creamer at more mayo and sour cream.

Step 2refrigerate until cold.

Step 3Add CRUSHED Chile Cheese Corn ( about 1/4 to 1/2 cup) right before serving.
