I made this once for a family gathering and the family keeps asking me to bring it again and again!

Ingredients

  • 2 cans mexi corn drained
  • 1/4 cup mayo light or regular
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 package green onion finely chopped
  • 1 package fritos chile cheese corn chips bbq flavor (1/4 of the bag slightly crushed more if you like)

How To Make corn salad

  • Step 1
    Mix first five ingredients together and refrigerate. If you think you would like it creamer at more mayo and sour cream.
  • Step 2
    refrigerate until cold.
  • Step 3
    Add CRUSHED Chile Cheese Corn ( about 1/4 to 1/2 cup) right before serving.
