These are really good with some maple syrup drizzled over them to go along with breakfast if you want. They're a great way to use up left over corn. Enjoy!!!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups corn (whole)
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 - egg
  • 1/2 cup milk

How To Make corn fritters

  • Step 1
    Mix all ingredients together, then drop in hot oil till golden brown.
