Ingredients

2 can(s)mexi-corn
-
8 ozlow fat sour cream
-
8 ozlow fat mayonnaise
-
8 ozlow fat shredded mexican cheese blend

1 cchopped green onions
-
3jalapeno peppers, chopped
How to Make Corn Dip
- Mix all ingredients together and let set in refrigerator for 1 hour or overnight. Serve with chips or crackers.
- If you like it HOT, leave peppers intact and just chop. If you prefer it MILD, deseed and devein the peppers before chopping. It will just have a slight kick then.
