I got this recipe from my sister-in-law and absolutely love it served with either club crackers or corn chips! I have made it a little bit more "diet" friendly by choosing lower fat ingredients.

8 oz
low fat sour cream
8 oz
low fat mayonnaise
8 oz
low fat shredded mexican cheese blend
1 c
chopped green onions

jalapeno peppers, chopped

How to Make Corn Dip

Step-by-Step

  • 1Mix all ingredients together and let set in refrigerator for 1 hour or overnight. Serve with chips or crackers.
  • 2If you like it HOT, leave peppers intact and just chop. If you prefer it MILD, deseed and devein the peppers before chopping. It will just have a slight kick then.
