corn dip
I got this recipe from my sister-in-law and absolutely love it served with either club crackers or corn chips! I have made it a little bit more "diet" friendly by choosing lower fat ingredients. Yummy!

Ingredients
- 2 cans mexi-corn
- 8 ounces low fat sour cream
- 8 ounces low fat mayonnaise
- 8 ounces low fat shredded mexican cheese blend
- 1 cup chopped green onions
- 3 - jalapeno peppers, chopped
How To Make corn dip

Step 1Mix all ingredients together and let set in refrigerator for 1 hour or overnight. Serve with chips or crackers.

Step 2If you like it HOT, leave peppers intact and just chop. If you prefer it MILD, deseed and devein the peppers before chopping. It will just have a slight kick then.
