This is my sister's recipe. I've always loved it. It is delicious & simple. You can also add any other raw vegetable you would like. I know some people like with onion.

  • 1 pkg
    8 oz. refrigerated crescent rolls
  • 1/2 c
    ranch dressing
  • 1 pkg
    cream cheese, softened
  • 1 c
    carrots, grated
  • 1 c
    raw broccoli, finely chopped
  • 1 c
    raw caulifower, finely chopped
  • 1 1/2 c
    cheddar cheese, shredded

How to Make Cool Veggie Pizza


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Spread crescent rolls out on a cookie sheet. Pinch together seams to make it one solid piece.
  3. Bake for 10 - 12 minutes at 350 degrees or until crescents are golden brown and done completely.
  4. Remove from oven and allow to cool.
  5. While that is cooling in a bowl mix together the ranch dressing and cream cheese until it smooth.
  6. When the cookie sheet is completely cool spread the ranch mixture evenly over the crescent dough you have cooked and cooled.
  7. Next you will sprinkle all the vegetables and cheeses.
  8. Cut and serve.
