This is my sister's recipe. I've always loved it. It is delicious & simple. You can also add any other raw vegetable you would like. I know some people like with onion.

Ingredients

  • 1 package 8 oz. refrigerated crescent rolls
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup carrots, grated
  • 1 cup raw broccoli, finely chopped
  • 1 cup raw caulifower, finely chopped
  • 1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded

How To Make cool veggie pizza

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Step 2
    Spread crescent rolls out on a cookie sheet. Pinch together seams to make it one solid piece.
  • Step 3
    Bake for 10 - 12 minutes at 350 degrees or until crescents are golden brown and done completely.
  • Step 4
    Remove from oven and allow to cool.
  • Step 5
    While that is cooling in a bowl mix together the ranch dressing and cream cheese until it smooth.
  • Step 6
    When the cookie sheet is completely cool spread the ranch mixture evenly over the crescent dough you have cooked and cooled.
  • Step 7
    Next you will sprinkle all the vegetables and cheeses.
  • Step 8
    Cut and serve.
