This is my sister's recipe. I've always loved it. It is delicious & simple. You can also add any other raw vegetable you would like. I know some people like with onion.

Ingredients
- 1 package 8 oz. refrigerated crescent rolls
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1 package cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup carrots, grated
- 1 cup raw broccoli, finely chopped
- 1 cup raw caulifower, finely chopped
- 1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
How To Make cool veggie pizza

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Step 2Spread crescent rolls out on a cookie sheet. Pinch together seams to make it one solid piece.

Step 3Bake for 10 - 12 minutes at 350 degrees or until crescents are golden brown and done completely.

Step 4Remove from oven and allow to cool.

Step 5While that is cooling in a bowl mix together the ranch dressing and cream cheese until it smooth.

Step 6When the cookie sheet is completely cool spread the ranch mixture evenly over the crescent dough you have cooked and cooled.

Step 7Next you will sprinkle all the vegetables and cheeses.

Step 8Cut and serve.
