Connie's Spinach Balls - Dee Dee's

Diane Hopson Smith

My good friend Connie from Alabama has such a wonderful giving heart. When New Oleans flooded several years ago, she opened her home to a family that had lost their home in New Orleans due to the flooding. Actually, just the mother and her son came to live with Connie while their home was being rebuilt. The mother shared this recipe with Connie and Connie in turn shared it with me.

These were such a big hit, I now make them for holidays every year.

I think you will enjoy!
