Ingredients
- 2 cans saurkraut
- 16 ounces cream cheese
- 1 package shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 pound hot or mild sausage
- 2 cans plain bread crumbs
- 2 - eggs beaten
- - flour
- - oil
How To Make connie's kraut balls

Step 1Crumble, brown, and drain sausage

Step 2Squeeze excess water from saurkraut with a cheesecloth

Step 3soften cream cheese

Step 4Mix together sausage, kraut, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, and 1/2 c of bread crumbs. Chill until firm and roll into balls.

Step 5Dip balls into flour, then egg, and last the bread crumbs. Deep fry in hot oil until golden brown.
