How to Make Connie's Kraut Balls
1Crumble, brown, and drain sausage
2Squeeze excess water from saurkraut with a cheesecloth
4Mix together sausage, kraut, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, and 1/2 c of bread crumbs. Chill until firm and roll into balls.
5Dip balls into flour, then egg, and last the bread crumbs. Deep fry in hot oil until golden brown.
