This recipe is my take on the original Knorr Spinach Dip recipe. It can be served with vegetable sticks, crackers or my favorite... toasted Demi Asiago Cheese Bread from Panera Bread.

- 1 1/2 cups sour cream
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 - 3 - green onions - chopped
- 3 tablespoons bacon bits
- 1 package knorr dry vegetable soup mix
- 1 - 10 ounces pkg frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry

Step 1Mix all ingredients and refrigerate overnight or for 4 hours.
