Ingredients

  • 4 - ripe hass avocados (ripe not mushy)
  • 2 - limes - juiced
  • 1/2 - medium red onion chopped fine
  • 1 - large garlic clove - minced
  • 1 - jalapeno pepper seeded and sliced
  • 1 - handful of fresh cilantro - chopped
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • - salt and ground black pepper

How To Make chunky guacamole

  • Step 1
    Halve & pit the avocados. Scoop out the flesh into a mixing bowl. Mash the avocados with a fork - leaving them somewhat "chunky". Add remaining ingredients and "fold" everything together gently. Lay a piece of plastic wrap directly on the surface of the guacamole and cover tightly so it does not brown. Refrigerate for (1) hour before serving.
