Received this recipe in the 1980's from a former customer of mine who wrote a cookbook in honor of her daughter who survived a tremendous tragedy within her own family. I have made many recipes out of her book.

Ingredients
- - 2 ( 4 oz) cans green chilies, chopped
- - 2 ( 4 1/2 oz) cans black olives,chopped
- - 3 tomatoes, peeled and finely chopped
- - 6 green onions, chopped
- - 1 tbsp. olive oil
- - 2 tbsp. wine vinegar
How To Make chip dip

Step 1Combine all ingredients. Chill. Serve with chips
