Ingredients
- 6 ounces mushroom crowns, canned
- 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons sherry
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- - toothpicks

Step 1Broil mushrooms. Drain, reserve sauce to use for soup, sauce or gravy. Combine remaining ingredients in small saucepan. Place over med heat and bring to a boil. Pour over mushrooms, cover and refrigerate overnight. Drain, serve with toothpicks.
