Ingredients

  • 1 package large cherry tomatoes
  • 1 package fresh basil leaves
  • 1 package mozzarella pearls
  • - balsamic vinegar
  • - salt/pepper to taste

How To Make cherry tomatoes stuffed with mozzarella and basil

  • Step 1
    Cut tomatoes in half and clean out pulp.
  • Step 2
    Season well with salt and pepper.
  • Step 3
    Tear basil and press down inside tomato halves. Put one mozzarella pearl in each half.
  • Step 4
    Drizzle with Balsamic vinegar.
