Ingredients
- 1 pint cherry tomatoes
- 1/3 pound mashed blue cheese
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- - salt to taste
- - dash of pepper
- - paprika as needed
- - parsley as needed
How To Make cherry tomato appetizer

Step 1Wash tomatoes, cut a small slice from the top of each tomato; scoop out pulp with a small spoon or melon baller, and discard pulp. Place tomatoes, cut sides down, on paper towels, and let drain 15 minutes.

Step 2Mix remaining ingredients.

Step 3Stuff tomatoes with mixture.

Step 4Garnish with paprika and parsley.

Step 5Cover with plastic wrap, and chill 1 hour.
