cheezy spinach & artichoke dip

Over the years, I've played with different ways to make this recipe and I have finally perfected it. Make this at your next group gathering and I guarantee there wont be left overs. Enjoy!!!

Ingredients
- 1 (14oz) can artichoke hearts - drained & chopped
- 1 cup frozen spinach - thawed, drained & chopped
- 1 (8oz) package cream cheese - softened
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese - grated
- 1/4 cup romano cheese - grated
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese - shredded
- 1 teaspoon garlic - minced (fresh or jar)
- 1/2 teaspoon all-purpose seasoning (i use mccormick original)
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- pinch salt & pepper to taste
How To Make cheezy spinach & artichoke dip

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease a small baking dish.

Step 2In a medium mixing bowl, mix together cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, Parmesan cheese, Romano cheese, ONLY 1/4 cup of Mozzarella (save the rest for later), minced garlic, all-purpose seasoning, garlic salt, salt and pepper. Mix until it forms a creamy mixture.

Step 3Stir in chopped artichoke hearts and spinach until evenly mixed.

Step 4Transfer the mixture into the greased baking dish. Top off with remaining mozzarella cheese.

Step 5Bake for 25 - 30 minutes, should be bubbly and lightly browned.

Step 6Remove from oven and let it cool for 10 minutes.

Step 7Enjoy with tortilla chips or dipping bread. (sour dough goes great!)
