Ingredients

  • 12 Large - mushroom caps, cleaned & dried
  • 4oz - cream cheese, softened
  • 1 - garlic clove, pressed
  • 1/4 cup parmesan, grated
  • 1/4 cup sharp cheddar, grated
  • 1 tbsp tablespoon dried or fresh parsley
  • 4 slices - bacon (optional)

How To Make cheesy stuffed mushrooms

  • Step 1
    Wash mushrooms, remove stems, mix all and scoop into mushroom caps. Top with remaining cheese & bake for 18-20 minutes at 350 degrees.
