Ingredients For cheesy stuffed mushrooms

  • 12 Large
    mushroom caps, cleaned & dried
  • 4oz
    cream cheese, softened
  • 1
    garlic clove, pressed
  • 1/4 c
    parmesan, grated
  • 1/4 c
    sharp cheddar, grated
  • 1 tbsp Tbsp
    dried or fresh parsley
  • 4 slices
    bacon (optional)

How To Make cheesy stuffed mushrooms

  • 1
    Wash mushrooms, remove stems, mix all and scoop into mushroom caps. Top with remaining cheese & bake for 18-20 minutes at 350 degrees.
