- 12 Large - mushroom caps, cleaned & dried
- 4oz - cream cheese, softened
- 1 - garlic clove, pressed
- 1/4 cup parmesan, grated
- 1/4 cup sharp cheddar, grated
- 1 tbsp tablespoon dried or fresh parsley
- 4 slices - bacon (optional)
How To Make cheesy stuffed mushrooms

Step 1Wash mushrooms, remove stems, mix all and scoop into mushroom caps. Top with remaining cheese & bake for 18-20 minutes at 350 degrees.
