  • 1 1/2 pounds sliced deli ham or pruscuitto
  • 1 package cream cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cracker barrell cheddar
  • 3-4 - diced jalapenos-seeds removed, or roasted jalapenos, or pickled jalapenos-your choice
  • 1 pound crispy crumbled bacon or a jar of real bacon bits

  • Step 1
    PREHEAT OVEN TO 375 SPRAY A MUFFIN TIN AND LINE TINS WITH HAM TO MAKE A CUP.
  • Step 2
    MIX CHEESES AND PEPPERS. PLACE TWO TABLESPOONS OF MIX INTO EACH HAM CUP. TOP WITH BACON
