This is a huge family favorite. You can serve it with breadsticks or multigrain twists. Crackers work well too.

1 package spinach chopped, thawed and well drained
1 - medium onion chopped fine
3-4 cloves garlic, minced
4 ounces mozzarella cheese, shredded
8 ounces ricotta cheese
- s&p to taste
- little olive oil for sauting and pam

How To Make cheesey spinach dip

Step 1

Saute the onion and garlic in a little olive oil. Add the spinach and sauté until warm. Spray an 8x8 pan with PAM (use the olive oil Pam) Spread the spinach in the pan, then the cheeses and place into a preheated 375 degree oven. Bake until the cheese melts and bubbles (about 15-20 minutes)
