Ingredients
- 4 ounces reduced-fat cream cheese, softened.
- 1/4 cup reduced-fat, shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons lite mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon old bay seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 - scallion, thinly sliced
- 1 - 2.1 oz box mini phyllo shells
- 1/4 pound imitation crabmeat, flaked.
How To Make cheese-filled crab cups

Step 1Heat oven to 350. In bowl, beat cream cheese, cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, lemon juice, old bay seasoning, and garlic powder until smooth. Gently beat in scallion and crabmeat unti mixed. Place phyllo shells on baking sheet. Spoon 1 heaping tbsp mix into each shell. bake 15 min or until shells are golden.
