Here is another recipe using that stand by for appetizers - cream cheese. This is tasty and pretty! If you prefer, instead of a carrot shape you can just roll these into balls. *Photo by Bing - I will post actual photo next time I make these!

Ingredients For cheese carrots appetizer

  • 3 oz
    cream cheese
  • 1/3 c
    grated carrot
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt
  • couple dashes cayenne
  • 4
    drops worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Tbsp
    chopped chives or onions
  • parsley sprigs or chive stems

How To Make cheese carrots appetizer

  • 1
    Mix cream cheese and carrot; season with salt, cayenne, Worcestershire sauce and chives. Roll into miniature carrot shapes. Chill until firm. Stick a tiny sprig of parsley or small length of chive into each "carrot" to represent tops.
