Here is another recipe using that stand by for appetizers - cream cheese. This is tasty and pretty! If you prefer, instead of a carrot shape you can just roll these into balls. *Photo by Bing - I will post actual photo next time I make these!

- 3 ounces cream cheese
- 1/3 cup grated carrot
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- - couple dashes cayenne
- 4 - drops worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon chopped chives or onions
- - parsley sprigs or chive stems
How To Make cheese carrots appetizer

Step 1Mix cream cheese and carrot; season with salt, cayenne, Worcestershire sauce and chives. Roll into miniature carrot shapes. Chill until firm. Stick a tiny sprig of parsley or small length of chive into each "carrot" to represent tops.
