Just had this at a friends, I've never seen veggies disappear so fast before. Out of the oven and poof empty baking dish.

- 1 pound cauliflower fresh or frozen
- 3/4 cup buttermilk
- 1/2 cup all purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon coarse sea salt
- 3/4 cup buffalo sauce( mild to hot depending on you)
How To Make buffalo cauliflower

Step 1Preheat oven to 450 F.

Step 2break apart head of cauliflower into florets, or if using frozen thaw .

Step 3In a large bowl, whisk together flour, buttermilk, salt and garlic powder. Whisk, until smooth. Add cauliflower, toss to coat. Transfer to baking dish,bake 15-20 minutes, check at 15min. Mark...

Step 4Once the cauliflower is baked, pour the buffalo sauce over cauliflower, lightly toss to coat. Stick bake in the oven for 5-8 minutes.......serve with ranch or blue cheese dressing/dip, watch it disappear.
