Bruschetta (Quick & Easy)
1-14.5 oz. can(s)hunt's diced tomatoes w/sweet onion
2 tspolive oil
1 Tbspwhite vinegar
2 tsprefrigerated minced garlic (or 3 cloves, minced)
1 tspkosher salt
+/- 2 Tbspdried sweet basil
1/2 - 1 tspitalian seasoning
·crispy toast slices
How to Make Bruschetta (Quick & Easy)
- Mix everything together, except the toast slices, and enjoy right away or place in a pint jar and refrigerate. Serve on crispy toast slices. We like it best after it has had a chance to mingle the flavors overnight. Refrigerate any leftovers!
- Seasoning amounts can be changed to individual preferences.
- **NOTE: If you can't find the diced tomatoes with sweet onion, then use regular petite diced and add about 1/4 cup of finely diced onion.
