These can be made and frozen before baking. They are very good with Honey Mustard dipping sauce. Recipe to follow.

Ingredients

  • 2 -10 oz pkg
    frozen chopped broccoli
  • 2 c
    herb stuffing mix
  • 1 c
    grated parmesan cheese (4 oz)
  • 6
    eggs beaten
  • 1 1/2 stick
    butter or margarine softened
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1/4 tsp
    pepper

How to Make BROCCOLI BITES

Step-by-Step

  1. Cook Broccoli according to the package directions; drain well. in a medium bowl, combine cooked broccoli, stuffing mix, cheese,eggs, butter, salt and pepper. Mix well.
  2. Roll mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter. Freeze, well covered for at least 3 hours.
  3. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place frozen balls on lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake until brown, about 15 minutes. Serve with Honey mustard dip or Ranch dressing.
