brie with artichokes
I've brought this appetizer to several holiday parties. You can garnish the top with cranberries or cherries and place on a bed of greens. I am always asked for the recipe! It's so simple to make!

Ingredients
- 1 - (4 -½ ounces brie or camembert cheese)
- 1/3 cup chopped canned artichoke hearts
- 2 teaspoons minced fresh basil
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1 clove garlic
How To Make brie with artichokes

Step 1Slice Brie in half horizontally.

Step 2Place the bottom half in a small round baking dish or pie plate.

Step 3Combine the artichokes, basil, oil, garlic, salt and cayenne and spread over Brie.

Step 4Replace top and bake uncovered at 350 deg. For 10-15 min or until heated through

Step 5Serve with crackers, sesame sticks or apples
