can diced tomatoes with green chiles, drained
1/2 c
finely chopped red bell pepper
1/2 c
finely chopped yellow bell pepper
1/2 c
green onionminced
3 Tbsp
minced fresh cilantro

jalapeno,seeded and minced
2 Tbsp
frozen limeade concentrate,thawed
1 Tbsp
olive oil
1 tsp
salt
large corn chips
1 can(s)
whole kernel corn

How to Make BLACK-EYED PEA SALSA

Step-by-Step

  • 1In a large bowl, black-eyed peas, diced tomatoes with green chiles,bell peppers, green onion, cilantro, and jalapeno.
  • 2Add limeade concentrate, olive oil, and salt; tosing gently to combine. Cover and chill up to 3 days. Serve with corn chips.
  • 3We used Fritos Scoops Corn Chips
