This dish is great for football games and all types of get togethers. My family likes it alot.

Ingredients

  • 2 (15 1/2) ounces cansblack-eyed peas,drained
  • 1 (10) ounce can diced tomatoes with green chiles, drained
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped red bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped yellow bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup green onionminced
  • 3 tablespoons minced fresh cilantro
  • 1 - jalapeno,seeded and minced
  • 2 tablespoons frozen limeade concentrate,thawed
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • - large corn chips
  • 1 can whole kernel corn

How To Make black-eyed pea salsa

  • Step 1
    In a large bowl, black-eyed peas, diced tomatoes with green chiles,bell peppers, green onion, cilantro, and jalapeno.
  • Step 2
    Add limeade concentrate, olive oil, and salt; tosing gently to combine. Cover and chill up to 3 days. Serve with corn chips.
