2 pkg6 oz cream chese

1 mediumcucumber , peeled

1 mediumonion

1 tspsalt or more to taste

dash dash(es)tabaso sauce

2 dash(es)green food coloring

How to Make Benedictine Spread
- In blender or food processor, grate onion.
- Squeeze excess juice from cucumber, using paper towel and add to onion and process again.
Add cream cheese, salt, Tabasco and food coloring and blend until smooth. - Add just enought mayonnaise to make a smooth filling easily spread. Serve on bread or melba toast rouonds, open face. Is especially good topped with crisp fried bacon
