- 12 small bell peppers mix colors
- 1 cup smoked cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup feta cheese
- 1 cup cream cheese
How To Make bell pepper poppers

Step 1Preheat oven to 450F

Step 2Mix all the cheese together.

Step 3Cut a small strip along the side of the peppers. You want to make a boat.

Step 4stuff 2 tablespoons of cheese mix into your peppers.

Step 5Bake 15 mins or until the cheese is about to bubble out or until brown.
