Ingredients
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 - egg yolks (save whites)
- 2/3 cup beer any kind but not lite
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 3 to 4 large spanish onions
- 2 - egg whites
How To Make beer batter for onion rings

Step 1Stir flour,salt and pepper into bowl set aside. Beat egg whites until stiff,

Step 2Add egg yolks into flour mixture and fold in egg whites and beer. Add vegetable oil.

Step 3When batter is well blended dip sliced onions into batter and fry until golden brown.
