Ingredients
- 2 cans black beans
- 1 can white corn
- 2 cans chopped tomatoes
- 1 - purple onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup cilantro, diced
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 3 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 - avacado, peeled and chopped
How To Make bean dip

Step 1Rince and drain black beans and corn.

Step 2Mix together the olive oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, and lime juice.

Step 3Mix beans, corn, tomatoes, onion, cilantro in a salad bowl. Add dressing and toss. Fold in avacado. Serve immediately.
