I copied this recipe from an old Southern Living magazine my Mom had.My husband and I LOVE this artichoke dip! Give us a box of Waverly Crackers and this dip and we are in heaven!

Ingredients
- 2 (14 oz) cans artichoke hearts in water,drained,chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup fine,dry breadcrumbs
- 1 cup 6 blend italian cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
How To Make baked artichoke dip

Step 1In bowl combine first 6 ingredients, stirring well.

Step 2Spoon into lightly greased 1 qt. baking dish.Sprinkle with grated Parmesan.

Step 3Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until bubbly.Serve with crackers. Note: DO NOT USE THE MARINATED ARTICHOKE HEARTS! ONLY THE ONES IN WATER!
