I copied this recipe from an old Southern Living magazine my Mom had.My husband and I LOVE this artichoke dip! Give us a box of Waverly Crackers and this dip and we are in heaven!

artichoke hearts in water,drained,chopped
2 clove
garlic, minced
2 Tbsp
lemon juice
1/3 c
1/2 c
fine,dry breadcrumbs
1 c
6 blend italian cheese, shredded
1/4 c
parmesan cheese

How to Make Baked Artichoke Dip


  • 1In bowl combine first 6 ingredients, stirring well.
  • 2Spoon into lightly greased 1 qt. baking dish.Sprinkle with grated Parmesan.
  • 3Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until bubbly.Serve with crackers. Note: DO NOT USE THE MARINATED ARTICHOKE HEARTS! ONLY THE ONES IN WATER!
