Ingredients

  • 1-2 pound red potatoes, small ( washed, not peeled)
  • 1-2 pound sliced bacon
  • - seasoning salt, or salt and pepper to taste

How To Make bacon wrapped potatoes

  • Step 1
    wash and pat dry potatoes. Cut them into quarters or halves depending on size of potatoe
  • Step 2
    Wrap whole or half slice of bacon around potato and place in a 13 x 9" baking dish with flat side of potato down.
  • Step 3
    Sprinkle with seasoning salt, or salt and pepper to taste
  • Step 4
    Place into a preheated 425* oven and cook for 30 mintutes. Turn potatoes and continue to cook for another 30 minutes.
