1-2 lbred potatoes, small ( washed, not peeled)
1-2 lbsliced bacon
·seasoning salt, or salt and pepper to taste
How to Make Bacon Wrapped potatoes
- wash and pat dry potatoes. Cut them into quarters or halves depending on size of potatoe
- Wrap whole or half slice of bacon around potato and place in a 13 x 9" baking dish with flat side of potato down.
- Sprinkle with seasoning salt, or salt and pepper to taste
- Place into a preheated 425* oven and cook for 30 mintutes. Turn potatoes and continue to cook for another 30 minutes.
