Ingredients
- 1-2 pound red potatoes, small ( washed, not peeled)
- 1-2 pound sliced bacon
- - seasoning salt, or salt and pepper to taste
How To Make bacon wrapped potatoes

Step 1wash and pat dry potatoes. Cut them into quarters or halves depending on size of potatoe

Step 2Wrap whole or half slice of bacon around potato and place in a 13 x 9" baking dish with flat side of potato down.

Step 3Sprinkle with seasoning salt, or salt and pepper to taste

Step 4Place into a preheated 425* oven and cook for 30 mintutes. Turn potatoes and continue to cook for another 30 minutes.
