bacon stuffed mushrooms
This was a friend's recipe that I doctored up a bit. These are great party appetizers and are very addicting. Enjoy!

Ingredients
- 1 pound medium to large mushrooms with stems
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1/2 pound bacon cooked and crumbled
- 1 package cream cheese 8 oz
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup fresh grated parmesan cheese
- 1 - dash garlic powder
- - black pepper to taste
How To Make bacon stuffed mushrooms

Step 1preheat oven to 375

Step 2Melt butter in 9x13 pan or large casserole dish.

Step 3wash mushrooms and pat dry. remove stems. Line caps in melted butter in pan.

Step 4Add stems and remaining ingredients in food processor and mix until well blended.

Step 5Stuff each mushroom cap to desired level of heap. You could sprinkle a bit of paprika on each cap if you like!

Step 6Bake for 15-20 minutes until lightly browned.
