This was a friend's recipe that I doctored up a bit. These are great party appetizers and are very addicting. Enjoy!

1 lb
medium to large mushrooms with stems
1 Tbsp
1/2 lb
bacon cooked and crumbled
1 pkg
cream cheese 8 oz
1/2 c
cheddar cheese
1/4 c
fresh grated parmesan cheese
dash garlic powder
black pepper to taste

How to Make Bacon Stuffed Mushrooms


  • 1preheat oven to 375
  • 2Melt butter in 9x13 pan or large casserole dish.
  • 3wash mushrooms and pat dry. remove stems. Line caps in melted butter in pan.
  • 4Add stems and remaining ingredients in food processor and mix until well blended.
  • 5Stuff each mushroom cap to desired level of heap. You could sprinkle a bit of paprika on each cap if you like!
  • 6Bake for 15-20 minutes until lightly browned.
